Hello and Welcome to the American Red Cross!
To All New Employees: Orientation is delivered as a self-paced eLearning course which you will access and complete on your first day at the American Red Cross. Please allow up to one and a half hour for completion of the new hire orientation training session.
On your first day, please select the link below to access the orientation session http://myredcrosstotalrewards.org/MyRCO/
At the end of the course you will be prompted to complete a MyRCO Acknowledgement Form and print a certificate of completion. Completing this step is how you will receive credit for completing the Orientation course. Additionally, you will be asked to complete a survey to provide feedback about your orientation experience. We will use this information to continually improve orientation for future new employees.
Managers and HR Consultants: We have also included you on this orientation notification in the event your employee(s) never received the invite or have additional questions or concerns.
